Terms & Conditions of Sale & Delivery

  1. Delivery
    • United Kingdom 1-2 Days
    • Rest of World 2-5 Days
    • An email will be sent detailing acceptance and delivery or your order. This will be sent once your payment has cleared and the item ordered is in stock and has past our quality control standards. We also reserve the right not to process an order at our sole discretion. We will not be held responsible to you or any third party for removing or editing items on this site or refusing a transaction.
    • Credit Cards will be debited to your account, which you confirm is yours and is validated by the individual credit card company.
    • We insure the merchandise and it remains our property until it is delivered to you and is signed for by yourself. It then becomes your responsibility and property.
  2. Returns and Exchanges
    • Returns within a maximum of 7 days can be returned via our courier service FEDEX at our cost. Please request a (RA) Return Authorization Number from us by contacting info@maryseboxer.com. We will give you the RA number and inform you how to contact FEDEX for pickup. Any returns made without the RA Number will be refused. After receiving the RA number please return the merchandise within 10 days. We will attempt to replace faulty items with the same item if available if not refund your payment. If items that are not faulty we will offer you a site credit or refund at our discretion. International customs and duties and sales taxes are not refunded for merchandise shipped outside the European Common Market, unless items are found to be faulty
  3. Jurisdiction
      The sales contract is contracted in England and in English.
  4. Gifts
      Any gifts sent to you from our site by a third party will be accepted for return (The same conditions apply as in paragraph 3 above) for a site credit only unless merchandise has found to have been faulty.
